We take all care to ensure all product information and pricing is correct. If a mistake has been made we reserve the right to fix it. Prices are subject to slight changes due to market fluctuations of metals.
Out of Stock Items
In the very rare case an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer you the option to receive a refund, substitute the item for another or cancel and receive a refund of your entire order.
Christmas Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased as Christmas gifts may be returned until 8th January 2017 with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt). All other conditions of return apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt) and must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging. We do not offer exchanges on pierced earring styles. Exchanges can be made with other in stock items or a credit note of the same value (less postage if applicable).
Should you wish to return and exchange an item please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- Return your item/s and original packaging to: Babyanything Returns, PO BOX 92, Paddington NSW 2021
Please ensure your item/s are securely packaged as Babyanything does not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Babyanything does not offer refunds for change of mind or exchanges on custom-made pieces. Refunds will only be issued for items that have been assessed by our jeweller and deemed faulty.
We pride ourselves on quality our craftsmanship. Any manufacturing faults will be be repaired at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Repairs after this date may incur a fee.
Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear; broken chains, misshaped bands, bent claws, snapped settings or chipped, cracked or missing gem stones or seed pearls.

Sometimes accidents happen. If you have broken or damaged Babyanything piece you wished to have repaired please contact us via email. Please send us a photo as this will assist us in assessing your repair and providing you with quote.

Babyanything will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special incidental or consequential damages or injuries arising from use of any items bought from this site (whether intact or damaged).
Our pieces can be sharp or harmful if swallowed. We take special care to ensure we make and deliver quality pieces. However, if an item does break it may increase the current risk of choking hazard or other injury. Children must be supervised at all times if they are wearing a piece of Babyanything jewellery. Do not let them sleep unless the item of jewellery has been removed.
