Most items may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt) and must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging.

Babyanything does not accept returns on pierced earring styles, or for custom-made products if you change your mind.

Items that are returned may be exchanged for other items that are in stock or for a credit note of the same value (less postage if applicable).

Should you wish to return an item please follow these steps:

Refunds

Babyanything does not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for items that have been assessed by our jeweller and deemed faulty or where required by law.

Manufacturing Faults

We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship. Any manufacturing faults will be be repaired at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Repairs after this date may incur a fee. Manufacturing faults do not include general
