Domestic Orders

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post, eParcel; registered Regular Post or Express Post services*. These services are fully traceable and require a signature upon delivery.

We offer free eParcel; registered Regular Post* for all jewellery orders over $350.  Please enter the discount code ‘FREESHIPPING‘ at checkout.

*These services do not include insurance. Should you require insurance please select this option at checkout.

Local Pick Up

Sydney customers may collect their order from the Babyanything Boutique located at 128a Oxford Street, Paddington NSW 2021.  Please select this option at checkout.

Note: Upon collection you may be asked for your order confirmation or a valid photo ID.  

International Orders 

We ship international orders via Australia Post, eParcel; registered International Post* service.  This service is not fully traceable.  You will receive a notification that your order has been shipped and delivered.  To upgrade your service please contact us via email before you place your order.

Note: We can only deliver to PO Boxes in Dubai and United Arab Emirates.  

Duties & Taxes

All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import.  Babyanything has no control over these and will not refund customers any charges incurred.

Delivery Times 

We endeavour to ship your order within 24hrs of receipt.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us. You will also receive step by step tracking updates from Australia Post via text or email.  Australia Post sends notifications when an order is dispatched, lodged with the post office, due for delivery the following day, on board for delivery later that day and delivered.

Domestic orders will be delivered within 1 – 6 days.

International orders will be delivered within 7 – 10 days.

Babyanything does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post.  We will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

Authority to Leave

Australia Post now offers the option for customers to provide authority to leave items in a safe location (eg. in letter box, on doorstep, behind a pot plant on front patio) if no-one is home to sign for the delivery.

If you would like your delivery left for your collection please detail this in the notes section when finalising your order.

Babyanything will not accept any responsibility items lost, stolen or damaged by weather unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

Unless authority is specified by the customer all orders will require a signature upon delivery.
