Domestic orders

We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post regular or Express Post services. These services are fully traceable and require a signature upon delivery, but do not include insurance.

We offer free regular domestic post for all full-priced jewellery orders over $350, this offer may be selected at the checkout, when eligible. This promotion is not available for any orders that contain homewares items, or for rings from our Ceremonial collection and does not include insurance.

Insurance to cover items up to the value of $1000 may be purchased here. Alternatively, insured Australia Post Express post services may be selected at the cart for orders valued up to $1000. Insurance will cover the value of replacement for your item up to the insured amount purchased (maximum $1000) if it is deemed lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued in the case of loss of item in transit.

International orders

International orders will be shipped according to your delivery address and the option selected at check out.

International express postage is offered to customers who are sending to New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the USA. These services trackable with Australia Post until they leave Australia, then traced with the same number through the postal service of the destination country. Signature on delivery is required for deliveries to New Zealand, but cannot be provided for deliveries to all other locations. These services do not include insurance.

DHL Express International courier service is offered for all other international destinations, or at the choice of the customer. This is a door to door service and you will receive updated tracking information via email directly from DHL.

Note: We can only deliver to PO Boxes in Dubai and United Arab Emirates.  

Duties and taxes

All duties, including customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be a government requirement of import.  Babyanything has no control over these and will not refund customers any charges incurred.

Delivery times

Express orders will be packed and shipped same or next business day after being ordered and delivered in 1-3 days depending on location.

Regular post domestic orders will be packed in 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 1 – 6 days depending on location.

International orders will be delivered within 2-7 business days. DHL may offer a speedier delivery service than our international express postage option to New Zealand, Singapore, Canada and the USA.

Babyanything does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post, any international postal carriers or DHL. For more information on Australia Post delivery times please visit the Australia Post website.

Items lost or damaged in transit

We will not replace items lost or damaged in transit unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

Authority to leave

Australia Post offers the option for customers to provide authority to leave items in a safe location (eg. in letter box, on doorstep, behind a pot plant on front patio) if no-one is home to sign for the delivery.

If you would like your delivery left for your collection please detail this in the notes section when finalising your order.

Babyanything will not accept any responsibility items lost, stolen or damaged by weather unless the customer has selected and paid for insurance.

Unless authority is specified by the customer, all domestic orders will require a signature upon delivery. All international orders sent with DHL will require a signature on delivery. For orders posted internationally to Singapore, Canada and the USA it is not possible to request a signature on delivery.
