2024/2025 Christmas Exchange extension
Products purchased from December 2nd 2024 may be exchanged until Janurary 6th 2025. Please email with your intention to exchange have posted as below before Janurary 6th 2025. All items are subject to the guidelines of normal exchange as outline below.
Most full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation, receipt or gift receipt) and must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging.
Babyanything does not accept returns on pierced earring styles, discounted items or custom-made products if you change your mind.
Items that are returned may be exchanged for other items that are in stock or for a credit note of the same value (less postage if applicable).
Should you wish to return an item please follow these steps:
Contact us via email within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Return your item/s and original packaging to:

Please ensure your item/s are securely packaged in a padded post bag as
Babyanything does not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds
Babyanything does not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for items that have been assessed by our jeweller and deemed faulty or where required by law.
Manufacturing Faults
We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship. Any manufacturing faults will be be repaired at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Repairs after this date may incur a fee. Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear; broken chains, misshaped bands, bent claws, snapped settings or chipped, cracked or missing gem stones or seed pearls.
If you have an item which you believe to be faulty please contact us via email for further direction.
We strongly suggest having your products repaired only by Babyanything. Babyanything cannot be held responsible for the quality of repairs or alterations carried out on our products by other jewellers.
