• A limited selection of letters are “In stock” at reduced prices and are available for immediate dispatch, these are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind. To make our sale price as low as possible for you this item will not be packaged in a Babyanything jewellery box , rather it will be carefully packaged in a plastic jewellery bag and tissue paper. If you wish to buy a necklace box for this item, please add this to your cart before checking out.
• Any letters not in stock are listed as “Available on backorder” please note that these will be made to you order in approximately 4 weeks and be delivered with full packaging.

• All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post eParcel or Express Post services.
• Regular post orders will be packed in 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 1 – 6 days depending on location.
• Express orders will be packed and shipped same or next business day after being ordered and delivered in 1-3 days depending on location.
• International orders will be delivered within 2-7 days.
• If you require insurance or door to door delivery for your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
• Most full-priced items may be returned for exchange or credit note within 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery. Items may only be returned with a valid proof of purchase and must be unworn and accompanied by the original packaging.
